Village of Menomonee falls
Municipal Accountant

The Village of Menomonee Falls is seeking candidates for the full time position of Municipal Accountant. This position is responsible for assisting with the financial operations of the Village, including general and utility accounting; financial reporting; fixed assets accounting; and analysis related to municipal operations.

Successful applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, with at least three years of progressively responsible experience in municipal accounting. Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (formerly Great Plains) is preferred. Strong computer skills are required. CPA and/or GFOA certification preferred. Equivalent combinations of training and experience may also be considered. Salary range $52,956-$61,755 DOQ with good fringe benefits.
